credit card purchase or personal check. No money orders
or purchase orders. Credit cards included are Master
Card, Visa & Discover. Sorry, but we can't honor
American Express cards at this time. Returned checks
will result in a report to credit bureaus if not made
good for all costs & fees incurred. All sales are
final except for defects in material. Returns are accepted
only if a defect in manufacturing (not damage by the
customer) is found at time of return to our store. No
refunds will be given, only in-store credit. No returns
for incorrect sizes or color changes can be accepted,
so please be accurate about sizing before you enter
your order.If a defect is found, please contact our

VA PA Association Refund Policy
This Web site is owned and controlled by
Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the VAPAA management
within 30-days period after date of purchase. Also, refunds
may be issued for reservation to conference as long as proper
documentation is filed. In your claim, please, include explanation
of reasons for a refund, and your order information. If
you have any questions about our policy, please feel free
to contact our home office to request more information.
Policy Changes
Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association,
Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at
its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing
this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding
and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund
Policy on the VAPAA website. You agree to periodically review
our websites, including the current version of our Refund
Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website.
